Corporate social responsibility (CSR) aims to ensure that a company is conducting its business in a way that is ethical. It covers a very broad business approach right from social, corporate governance, health and safety, working condition, economic development, and environmental impact till human rights.
However, this concept is relatively new to the capitalized system in Asian region where the products are produced. There are many obstacles and constraints viewing the lack of information, knowledge and awareness but deemed necessary.

Various inputs are being reviewed with proper actions taken/to be taken, these include feedback of our customers, business associates and audits.
BSCI detailed down some good guides of which we think the most appropriate references and guides for adoption. EN MediPart adopted BSCI’s code of conduct within the organization and also on our business associates’ manufacturing facilities.

Pre-evaluation and qualification are one of our preliminary control process to ensure that our associates are working towards the same goal of EN MediPart. External CSR audits were organized as early as in 2013 and 2014 and thereafter, follow up made with a periodic audit and monitoring to ensure continuous uphold of the good practices.
